Jordan Markham is an experienced Project Manager at Willwork Global Event Services since April 2023, with a strong background in the entertainment and service industries. Previously, Jordan worked at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts as a Merchandise Manager/Trainer from June 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included training new Cast Members, managing staffing, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Prior experience also includes serving as a Social Media Manager for Panoply Boutique/Brick Street Pops, effectively engaging new market segments and collaborating with local influencers. Jordan began the career as a Food and Beverage Intern at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts in 2018, leading staff meetings and maintaining high standards of service. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies at the University of Oklahoma, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Management from the University of Central Florida.
