Deanna Hickman currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Willows Healthcare since August 2023. Prior to this role, Deanna held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Majestic Care from March 2022 to September 2023. Deanna's experience also includes serving as Director of Operations for Indiana at Priority Healthcare Group from November 2020 to March 2022 and Regional Director of Operations at Ide Management Group from May 2018 to November 2020. Deanna began their career as an Administrator at Cloverleaf Healthcare, a position held from February 2006 to November 2020. Deanna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 2000 and 2005.
