Richard Ho has a diverse work experience in the early childhood education and customer service industries. Richard is currently working as an Early Childhood Director at Willowbrae Academy, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Early Childhood Educator at the same company from September to December 2021. Richard also worked as an Early Childhood Teacher at Willowbrae Academy from September 2020 to July 2021. Before entering the early childhood education field, they gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at Lee's House Restaurant from May 2016 to July 2017.

Richard Ho completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Victoria from 2015 to 2019. In November 2019, they also obtained a TESL Canada Professional Certificate - Standard One from TESL Canada.
