Nathan Nankivell is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in leading recruitment teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Willow since June 2023, Nathan focuses on developing effective talent strategies and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Talent Manager at Endeavour Group, where Nathan supported the EndeavourX, Data, and Technology businesses, and a series of positions at Optus, ranging from Talent Acquisition Manager overseeing various divisions to Talent Acquisition Specialist. Nathan has also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at UGL Limited and held various consultant roles at notable agencies, specializing in technology and finance sectors. Nathan holds a degree in Economics from Macquarie University.
