Colleen Kelly possesses extensive experience in human resources and technology coordination within library services, currently serving as the Human Resource Coordinator at Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library since January 2000, where responsibilities include new hire orientation and job postings. Previously, Colleen held the position of Technology Coordinator at the same library, managing technology needs across four locations. Colleen was also the CLEVNET Training SIG Co-Chair from 2007 to July 2011, where facilitation of meetings and training coordination were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from Ashford University, a Doctorate in Corporate Training and E-Learning from the University of the Rockies, and various degrees from other institutions, culminating in a broad foundation in education and training.
