Mike Mongelli has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as President and Partner at Willmeng Construction, Inc. since August 2011, where leadership is provided to over 140 employees and oversight of key projects and business operations is ensured. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Operations at hardison/downey construction from October 1994 to August 2011. Mike Mongelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, earned between 1978 and 1983.
