Susan Rogers is an accomplished leader and strategist in employee experience, currently serving as the Southeast Region Leader and Senior Director of Employee Experience, Communication, and Change Management at WTW since March 2018. Prior to this role, Susan was Vice President and Senior Strategist at ROI Communication, where organizational communication strategy and business development for major accounts were spearheaded. Susan also held various positions at Buck, including Principal for Employee Engagement and Eastern Region Practice Leader, contributing significantly to sales development and communication strategies during an extensive tenure from 1992 to 2016. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Susan possesses a deep expertise in enhancing organizational communication and employee engagement.
