Theresa Montgomery is an experienced educator with a comprehensive background in elementary and middle school administration. Serving as the Elementary Curriculum Supervisor and previously as an Elementary School Principal at Williamsport Area School District since June 2021, Montgomery has a proven record in leadership roles, including a prior position as Elementary Principal at Southside Elementary School, where oversight included approximately 360 students and 40 staff members. Montgomery's extensive teaching experience spans from fifth grade to kindergarten, emphasizing tailored educational strategies. With a Master of Education in Elementary and Middle School Administration from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Lebanon Valley College, Montgomery is well-equipped with the expertise and knowledge to foster student engagement and motivation.
