Jared DeShields is an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer with extensive experience in enterprise cybersecurity, risk management, and information technology. Since joining Williams in June 1997, Jared has held various leadership roles, including Director of Information Technology for the Office of the CIO and Director for the Central Operating Area and Northeast G&P Operating Area. With a strong foundation in IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, and project management, Jared's career began as a Professional Development Program Analyst, which included rotations in multiple technical areas. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, advanced studies at Carnegie Mellon University and Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, also from the University of Oklahoma.
