Arnie Mason serves as a Partner at Williams Mullen, where responsibilities include providing legal advice on all phases of construction projects, focusing on contract negotiations, change order and claims preparation, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, small business opportunities, and defense against False Claims Act allegations. Prior to this role, Arnie Mason was a Partner and Associate at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald from September 2001 to September 2012, and completed a judicial clerkship as a Law Clerk to a Federal Bankruptcy Judge from July 2000 to August 2001. Arnie Mason holds a Juris Doctorate from William & Mary Law School, obtained between 1997 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Government from the University of Virginia, earned in 1997.
