Tom Cooper currently serves as the Head of Machine Learning and Data Science CoE at Williams Lea since October 2024. Previously, Tom held multiple positions at Superscript from January 2021 to October 2024, including Head of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Head of Data, Lead Data Scientist, and Senior Data Scientist. Tom's background includes experience as a Data Scientist and Senior Pricing Manager at Simply Business between May 2016 and January 2021. Tom also worked as a Credit Risk Analyst on a contract basis at British Gas, a Credit Strategy Manager at Barclaycard, and a Corporate Analyst at esure. Early career experience includes a role as a Pricing Analyst at RSA. Tom Cooper holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Brighton, earned between 2009 and 2012.
