Neil Waterman is an experienced professional in the motorsport and technology sectors, currently serving as the Transformation Director at Williams Racing since October 2023 and as a Director at Chapel Curve Ltd since May 2018, focusing on leadership and operational effectiveness. Waterman held significant roles at Aston Martin F1 Team as Chief Continuous Improvement Officer and at Red Bull Racing, where responsibilities included planning and delivery of new car projects. Prior roles encompassed positions at Jaguar Racing, Benetton F1, and Arrows Grand Prix, contributing expertise in project management and engineering processes. Waterman has also published work on Motorsport Technology and History and is known for creating limited edition Motorsport and Supercar Prints.
