Lee McNeil is an experienced construction professional with over 39 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Williams Company since July 2004, Lee has held the Preconstruction Manager title at both Williams Company and Skanska USA Building Inc. from July 1998 to July 2004. Prior experience includes positions at WELBRO Building Corporation, Aberthaw Construction, Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, and Tribble and Stephens. Lee holds an MBA in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Education also includes attendance at Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville.
