Balica Madhu currently serves as Assistant Manager at William Penn (P) Ltd, focusing on merchandise assortment, product mix and seasonal buying, as well as reporting and data analysis. Responsibilities include building merchandising strategy, brand management, retail planning, seasonal forecasting, budgeting, and vendor management across PAN India. Prior to this role, Balica held the position of Senior Executive at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials for nearly eleven years, where expertise in client handling for global markets and order management was developed. Balica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from M.S. Ramaiah FGC and a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology, both obtained between 2009 and 2012.
