Erin Peterson is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at William Penn University since August 2023. With a robust career at Ruan Transportation Management Systems from February 2011 to August 2024, Erin held multiple leadership roles including Director of Talent Management and Director of Organizational Development, as well as Manager of Organizational Development. Prior experience includes a role as Global Talent Development Consultant at Pioneer Seed Company for a brief period in 2011, and as a Human Resources Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield from January 2004 to December 2010. Erin began a career in human resources at Ruan Transportation from February 1997 to January 2004. Erin holds an MS in Education: Adult Learning, Performance & Development from Drake University and a BA in English - Secondary Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
