Deborah Terpstra is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Coordinator at William Penn Charter School since April 2024. Previously, Deborah held the same role at the Delaware County Intermediate Unit from February 2018 to April 2024, providing support for HR operations and projects. Earlier positions include HR-related roles at Valley Forge Military Academy & College and the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, as well as various administrative positions across multiple organizations. Deborah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University, an Associate’s Degree in ASL/English Interpreting from the Community College of Philadelphia, and certificates in Human Resources Management from New York University and Villanova University.
