Winston Young is an accomplished financial executive and board director with extensive experience in governance, strategic planning, and risk management. Currently serving as Board Director and Chair of the Resource and Audit Committee at William Osler Health System, Winston also holds a position as an Associate Member of the Accounting Standards Board's Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee. Previously, Winston was Chief Financial Officer at Toronto Global, overseeing the establishment of a foreign direct investment attraction agency. Other notable roles include CFO positions at Invest Toronto Inc. and the City of Toronto Economic Development Corporation, along with strategic financial leadership at CKBC: Canada Korea Business Council and Ontario Place Corporation. Winston holds a CPA, CA designation and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
