Kate Crawford-Sobkowiak is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee and labour relations. Currently serving as Manager of Employee & Labour Relations and Strategic HR Business Partner at William Osler Health System since October 2018, Kate has previously held multiple roles at RONA, including HR Manager for Ontario and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier positions include Human Resources Representative at Woodbine Entertainment Group and various roles at Aditya Birla Group. Kate holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Human Resources - Business Administration, both from Confederation College.
