Bill (Jinlei) Shao is a Senior Programmer at William O'Neil + Co. Inc. since June 2003, specializing in developing reliable investment advisory products for institutional investors, utilizing Python for real-time stock analysis and trading frameworks, and JAVA for web services and application notifications. Prior to this role, Bill served as a Programmer Analyst at Netrue Communications Inc. from October 1998 to May 2002, where responsibilities included architecting and developing VoIP software. Bill holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Hangzhou University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hangzhou Normal University.
