Ema Marinho is an experienced professional in early careers development and student engagement. Currently serving as Early Careers Lead at William Hare Group since October 2022, Ema oversees a network of 20 STEM ambassadors and coordinates activities to build a future talent pipeline. Previous roles at Pearson as Student Success Advisor demonstrated success in exceeding retention targets and maintaining high student experience scores. Other roles include L&D Advisor - Early Careers at William Hare Group, PA to the Managing Director at HDR | Andrew Reid, and Student Experience Coordinator at Global University Systems, where Ema focused on partnerships and student engagement. Ema's career began as a Senior Mentor at NCS The Challenge and as a Student Mentor at Redbridge College. Ema holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Greenwich.
