Michał Bieniek is an experienced professional with a robust background in Agile methodologies, particularly in the SAFe framework. Currently serving as a Principal SAFe Practice Consultant at Demant since June 2020, Michał focuses on coaching, mentoring, and facilitating training for various roles within organizations. Previous experience includes roles as Scrum Master at Nykredit and helloslash.com, where Michał was also a co-founder of a website builder platform. Michał further developed expertise as a Scrum Master at William Hill and StepStone, managing interdisciplinary teams and improving processes in different technological contexts. Additionally, Michał held positions at Agora SA, initially as an IT Project Manager and later as an Agile Group Leader, responsible for promoting Agile practices and enhancing team performance. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master's Degree in European Studies from the University of Warsaw.
