Carina DelFrate is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance for Demant in Canada since May 2021, Carina previously held roles at Compass Group as Senior Legal Counsel and Corporate Legal Counsel from November 2008 to April 2021. Earlier in the career, Carina practiced as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP from January 2005 to November 2008. Carina DelFrate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ottawa and an Honours BA in English Literature & Philosophy from Western University.
