Benjamin Tom is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical analysis and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Analyst at William Blair since August 2019, Benjamin previously held the position of Support Desk Analyst. Prior experience includes roles such as Desktop Support Analyst at Z Capital Group, L.L.C., Field Sales IT Support and Desktop Support II at AbbVie, and IT Site Services Specialist II at PAREXEL.
