Steven Raney, CASp, MCP, CBO, CFM, CSP, serves as Building Official for the City of Norco, Willdan, and 4LEAF, Inc., bringing extensive experience in building inspections and code compliance. Previous roles include Building Official in the City of Palmdale and Chief Building Official in the City of Big Bear Lake. Steven's expertise encompasses inspections across multiple trades for various projects, particularly in multi-family residential and commercial developments. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northern Arizona University and has a strong background in building inspection and regulatory standards, having also served as Codes and Standards Administrator for the California Department of Housing & Community Development.
