Derick Kowalczyk, MFBA, currently serves as the Multifamily Program Manager at Willdan, overseeing multiple energy programs for Con Edison since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Director of Green Measurement and Verification at Bright Power, Inc., where Derick managed energy and water benchmarking for over 4,000 properties and maintained key client relationships. Previous positions involved program management for Fannie Mae's Green M&V Service, including tasks such as coordinating inspections and facilitating project management. Derick holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an M.Eng in Sustainable Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Further experience includes internships at organizations such as the New York Power Authority and AVANGRID, contributing to various energy efficiency and process improvement projects.
