Charmaine Castro is an experienced energy professional currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at Willdan since May 2021, with a progressive history including roles as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Energy Engineer. Prior to Willdan, Charmaine held the position of Energy Engineer at Carleton Energy Consulting and Partner Energy. Charmaine began their career with internships at ICF, the NYC Mayor's Office of Recovery and Resiliency, and Con Edison, gaining a robust understanding of energy audits, building modeling, and energy efficiency initiatives. Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the New York Institute of Technology and has also demonstrated leadership in various roles, including as Vice President of Finance for Alpha Sigma Tau National Sorority.
