Philip Birney has extensive legal experience spanning several decades, currently serving as Of Counsel at Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney since September 1970. Prior to this role, Philip Birney was a Deputy District Attorney at the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office from January 1968 to August 1970, focusing on trial criminal prosecution. Earlier in their career, Philip Birney worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the California State Attorney General's Office from November 1965 to December 1967. Philip Birney holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern University.
