Neal Lutterman is a seasoned trial attorney with a focus on representing healthcare systems, physicians, and allied healthcare providers in professional liability and licensing matters. Currently a partner at Wilke Fleury since February 2015, Neal provides legal counsel to hospital administration on various issues, including risk management and regulatory compliance, as well as defending public entities and advising on California laws. Previously, as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Stockton, Neal supervised the litigation department and contributed to the municipal bankruptcy project. Earlier experience includes serving as a shareholder at Riggio Mordaunt Kelly & Lutterman, where Neal defended medical professionals in liability and licensing matters, and as an associate attorney focused on litigation in the healthcare sector. Neal earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology and Political Science from UC Irvine.
