Glenn Ruud is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in leading educational initiatives across diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Director at Wilhelmsen group since February 2018, Glenn is responsible for the strategic development of learning initiatives in collaboration with the Marine Products division. Prior to this role, Glenn held senior positions at DNV GL, including Global Head of Competence and Learning in the Oil & Gas sector, where key focus areas included implementing learning strategies that align with business objectives. With a career beginning at BI Norwegian Business School, Glenn has contributed significantly to executive education programs, particularly in international markets, and has a strong foundational background in development studies. Academic achievements encompass a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Kristiania University College and multiple degrees in business and education from leading institutions.
