Chase Martin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Chase started their career at Best Buy in 2009, working as a Customer Service Specialist until 2011. Chase then moved on to become a Lead Sales Consultant at Best Buy from 2012 to 2017, where they excelled in sales and provided technical support for mobile devices. In 2015, Chase joined The Learning House as an Intern before progressing to roles such as Application Support Analyst, Senior Application Support Analyst, and finally as a DevOps Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Chase gained experience in training new team members, managing concurrent projects, and handling support issues with external clients. Presently, Chase is working at Wiley as a Site Reliability Engineering Lead, where they lead a team of SREs, promotes DevOps culture, and provides solutions to improve build, deployment, and testing processes within the organization.

Chase Martin attended Bellarmine University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In January 2018, they became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, followed by the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate certification in February 2018. Lastly, in June 2018, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification.
