Blesson has held roles such as Vice President, Senior Director, Associate Director, and Manager in companies including Wiley, Marsh, Macquarie Group, Warner Music Group, Ernst & Young, and IBM. Blesson's expertise includes managing teams, analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing recommendations for process improvement. Blesson Samuel's education history includes several degrees and certifications. In 1997-2001, they attended the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University, where they obtained a BS in Computer Science with distinction (cum laude). From 2001 to 2003, Blesson pursued further education at the Binghamton University School of Management, earning an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems and Operations Management.

In 2018, they attended Villanova University, where they obtained a certificate in Lean Six Sigma. The following year, in 2019, they completed a Six Sigma Green Belt program at the same institution.

Recently, in 2020, Blesson completed a Design Thinking Foundations course from Wiley.

Blesson'smost recent certifications include Digital Transformation from Coursera, obtained in October 2020, and the Asian Executive Leadership Program through McKinsey & Company, which they completed in January 2023.
