Annette Hodge Peterson CSM®, CSPO® is an experienced Operations Coordinator at Wiley Rein LLP, where responsibilities include negotiation and administration of commercial office subleases, facility logistics oversight, and enhancement of customer experiences since August 2008. Previously, Annette served as an Assistant Property Manager at Howard Crossing Apartment Homes, managing over 1,000 residential units and commercial spaces, and as a Senior Leasing Coordinator at Town & Country Apartment Homes, focusing on client services and compliance in the leasing process. Annette's career began as a Residential Leasing Consultant at Cochran & Jenison Management. Annette is also a member of the Project Management Institute PMI - Baltimore Chapter and is pursuing a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
