Brandi Zehr is a Partner at Wiley Rein LLP, specializing in Election Law and Government Ethics, as well as Tax-Exempt Organizations since January 2017. In this role, Brandi provides counsel to candidates, officeholders, political committees, corporations, and trade associations to ensure compliance with campaign finance and political law. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel to Commissioner Lee E. Goodman at the Federal Election Commission, Deputy General Counsel for Jeb 2016, Inc., and an Associate at both Wiley Rein LLP and Bryan Cave LLP. Brandi has also worked as Associate Counsel with the Republican National Committee and as a Law Clerk for the National Republican Senatorial Committee and the Federal Election Commission. Brandi holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from William & Mary.
