April Song is a skilled professional in international trade and advocacy, currently serving as a Trade Analytics Specialist at Wiley Rein LLP since July 2019, following roles as Trade Analytics Coordinator and Project Assistant in International Trade. April also chairs the International Trade and Finance Discussion Group for YPFP (Young Professionals in Foreign Policy) since March 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship at the United Nations Foundation, responsibilities in advocacy and community engagement, and significant roles with the U.S. Department of State, the Michigan Foreign Policy Council, and various legislative bodies. April is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at American University Washington College of Law, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
