Elyssa Chan is a skilled food technologist with experience at Beyond Meat since February 2022, focusing on creating innovative extrusion-based products while adjusting formulations based on team feedback. Prior to this role, Elyssa served as a Faculty of Agriculture Student Ambassador and a Research Assistant at the University of Manitoba, where knowledge of extrusion and food physical properties was developed. Additional experience includes work as a Dairy Farm Assistant at Ferme des Pâques, a Production and Marketing Assistant at Cornell Crème Ltd., and various positions within the University of Manitoba Students' Union, including Campus Garden Coordinator.
