Rekha Menon currently serves as the Executive Director at the Wildlife Conservation Society, where responsibilities include leading global financial planning and implementing systems for effective resource allocation to support strategic priorities. Prior to this role, Rekha held prominent positions at Human Rights Watch, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Budget Director, and Senior Associate Director of Finance, from 2014 to 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Budget Controller at Thirteen/WNET from 2000 to 2013 and as Production Manager at Downtown Community TV Center from 1994 to 2000. Rekha obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School between 1990 and 1992.
