Dayana Reyes serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the Wildlife Conservation Society since September 2023, with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) across various humanitarian organizations. Prior roles include Senior MEAL Officer at the International Rescue Committee in Bogotá and several MEAL positions in Venezuela, where responsibilities encompassed data collection, analysis, and reporting on project outcomes. Dayana has also worked as a Database Technical Assistant for the Norwegian Refugee Council, managing data to assess project operations, and held database administration roles in different organizations, including Veconinter and Consorcio Credicard C.A. Technical expertise includes SQL, Oracle, and data analysis, supported by a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Abierta and a Data Analysis certification from the University of Cape Town.
