With over 25 years of experience in environmental planning and permitting, Ms. Tambini oversees the Wildlands planning team in guiding mitigation projects through the required entitlement and permitting processes. Cindy works hard to help these teams place an emphasis on ensuring high-quality ecological mitigation and regulatory compliance. She has directed the entitlement of over 60 large-scale mitigation projects, including 25 mitigation and conservation banks. She works closely with the appropriate regulatory agencies throughout both the Bank establishment process and the long-term management and monitoring process.
