Mike Hegarty has a diverse work experience in the field of golf and ranch management. Mike started their career in 1999 as a PGA Director of Golf at Alisal Guest Ranch, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Ranch Manager at Vogelaar Ranch Company. In 2007, they joined Wildhorse Resort & Casino as a PGA Director of Golf, where they held the role until the present day.

Mike Hegarty attended the University of Oregon from 1982 to 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Leisure Studies & Services, specifically focusing on Recreation Facility Management.
