Jon Hart is an experienced spatial ecologist currently working at Wild Salmon Center since March 2022. Previously, Hart served as a Conservation GIS Intern at Los Padres ForestWatch, where research and geospatial data concerning sensitive species were synthesized, including authoring a petition for species inclusion in the U.S. Hart's background includes a role as a GIS Technician at ADVANCED RESOURCE SOLUTIONS, INC., focusing on land use and remote sensing data, and extensive experience in leadership and operations management at Vail Resorts. Educational achievements include a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with professional certification and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and San Francisco State University.
