Filipe Molina's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. In 2012, they worked as an intern at Alianza Consultoria. In 2015, they were an intern at Embraer in the field of institutional relations. From 2016 to 2017, Filipe worked as an Advisory Services Trainee at EY. Starting in 2017, they joined Bradesco as an Escriturário and later became a Caixa. In 2019, Filipe worked as a Graduate Assistant and Master's Student at Colorado State University. Filipe also completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidade de Brasília from 2011 to 2016, during which they held the position of Monitor de Introdução à Economia. In 2020, Filipe joined Planterra Foods as a Finance Management Trainee and later became an Accountant. Their most recent role is at Wild Fork as a Business Analyst since April 2022 with their role as an Accountant at Wild Fork ending in May 2022.

Filipe Molina holds a Master of Finance degree from Colorado State University, which they obtained in the year 2020. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the Universidade de Brasília from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Economics with a specialization in Innovation Economics. In addition to their formal education, Filipe has obtained certifications in Academic English from Colorado State University in June 2014 and in CPA 20 from ANBIMA in September 2018.
