Carolina Ternande is an experienced professional in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director of People & Culture and Head of Finance at WILD FI since October 2016. Previously, Carolina held the position of Jefe de Finanzas Corporativas at Teyma from 2011 to 2017 and worked as an Analista de Revenue Management and Analista de Contabilidad at RCI from 2007 to 2011. Carolina's educational background includes a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'​ obtained in 2010, and a degree in Contador Público from Universidad de Montevideo completed in 2008. Early education was completed at Colegio Stella Maris from 1991 to 2003.
