Jessica Carbullido is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & Shared Services at Wilbur-Ellis since November 2022, Jessica previously held significant roles including Vice President of Total Rewards at Virgin Pulse and VP of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Columbia Sportswear Company, where responsibilities included implementing HRIS systems and developing shared services teams. Jessica’s earlier positions include key consulting roles and leadership positions at Puppet and The Standard, as well as a lengthy tenure at Con-way Inc., where Jessica progressed from Office Services Supervisor and Financial Analyst to Senior Director of Compensation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
