Royden Wood has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Royden is currently serving as the Vice President of Licensee Development at Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, they founded Omega Digital Press, Inc. in April 2014, a company focused on providing personalization services to funeral directors.
From June 2019 to July 2022, Royden worked as the Vice President at WASHINGTON WILBERT VAULT WORKS, INC. Royden also held multiple roles in this company, including Director of Business Development and Network Administrator. Royden was responsible for producing high-quality outer burial containers and overseeing the business's IT infrastructure.
Royden's experience also includes being a Managing Member at SRW Manufacturing from May 2010 to December 2013. Royden led the production of Drivable Grass, a permeable paving system. Additionally, they owned and operated DNL, LLC from October 2005 to September 2008, where they developed interactive presentation materials for educating consumers about burial vaults.
In 2004, Royden served as a Combat Engineer with the 2nd Battalion 24th Marines, deployed in Iraq. Royden conducted various duties related to weapons cache search, investigating possible terrorists, and completing engineering projects.
Royden Wood earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Anne Arundel Community College in 2019. Following that, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy at the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2021.
