Anthony D'Amanda, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Wilbert Plastic Services, leading diverse HR projects and analyzing HR data reports since June 2023. Prior to this role, Anthony worked at Vallen USA from September 2019 to June 2023, managing HR initiatives across nine Distribution Centers with over 200 employees, where responsibilities included conducting employee investigations and implementing ADP during an acquisition. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems, sourcing IT professionals for major clients and providing onboarding support, as well as serving as a Human Resources Call Center Representative at Paychex. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University at Buffalo, earned in 2018.
