Pamela Ellis, MBA, PhD, is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in education research, college advisory, and teaching. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Compass Education Strategies, LLC, since 2009, Pamela has advanced relocation and admission services for families, schools, and corporations. Through Compass College Advisory Center, established in 2012, significant scholarship opportunities totaling $27 million have been secured for students. Pamela has also served as a speaker, presenting workshops on college admissions and high school success, and as an adjunct faculty member at Wilberforce University, teaching entrepreneurship courses. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Arroyo Research Services, Senior Research Consultant at Education Development Center, and Managing Director at Education Pioneers, where Pamela contributed to educational equity initiatives. An alumna of Stanford University, Pamela holds a PhD in Education and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
