Courtney Bass Sherizen currently serves as Chief People Officer at the Wikimedia Foundation and as an Angel Investor at Black Angel Group. Additionally, Courtney is a member of the Board of Directors for the Donors of Color Network. Prior experience includes serving as Director of People Operations at Google and Managing Director of Strategy, Talent and Operations at Teach For America. Earlier roles encompass Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte and Founder and CEO of MeiTours Beijing, as well as involvement with Teach For America as a Corps Member and teaching in the School District of Philadelphia. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School, an Organizational Leadership and Coaching Certificate from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard University.
