Julia Skisaker is a Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office, where she is part of the firm's Shipping Offshore practice. Julia advises clients in relation to international transactions, projects and disputes within the maritime and energy industries, with a particular focus on debt financing (issuance and restructuring), upstream oil and gas projects, contracts of affreightment, and offtake agreements and logistics contracts. Prior to joining the firm's practice in Oslo, she worked at Wikborg Rein's London office where she specialized in international commercial projects and disputes within the energy, shipping, offshore, international trade and ship construction/conversion. Julia has acted for and advised a wide range of clients including shipowners, charterers, shipyards, oil and gas companies, commodity traders and contractors.
