Henrik Begby is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's M&A practice. Begby holds a master of laws from the University of Bergen from 2022, with a specialization in company law. His work comprises legal assistance to Norwegian and international clients concerning corporate law and different types of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investments and other M&A transactions.
