Agnieszka Mlynarska has extensive experience in business development and management within the insurance sector. Currently, Agnieszka serves as Manager ESG and Manager ds. rozwoju ubezpieczeń detalicznych at Wiener TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group since December 2015, focusing on products and projects for alternative distribution channels. Prior to this role, Agnieszka was a Business Development Manager at SIGNAL IDUNA Polska from May 2012 to November 2015, where responsibilities included the creation and development of various distribution channels. Agnieszka also held positions at ERGO Hestia as Project Manager, responsible for network development and sales plans, and at MotoBank as both Business Development Manager and Sales Manager, focusing on new market directions and sales management. Agnieszka holds a Master of Science degree in engineering geology from the University of Warsaw, earned between 1997 and 2003.
